11.Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including those related to the interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Austin, Texas, and the arbitration proceedings shall be held in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

In case the dispute cannot be resolved through arbitration, it shall be subject to the applicable laws of the state of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation before proceeding with arbitration.

12.Jurisdiction

The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action or proceeding related to or arising out of these Terms of Use shall be the courts located in Austin, Texas, USA, where ModMingle Limited is registered. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to the convenience of such venue.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the game. Your continued use of the game following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
